Regulation and protective measures against coronavirus
Given the current epidemiological scenario linked to the spread of COVID-19, for the protection of visitors, the Diocesan Museum and Tiepolo Galleries has activated the necessary security measures to contain the virus.
A special signage inside the Museum will help you to follow the rules of conduct provided for the conduct of the visit and our staff will be at your disposal to provide all the information.
The necessary safe physical distance (1,5 meter) is always recommended.
How to access
1. To access the Museum reservation must be made by phone (043225003) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org:
2. Access to the ticket office will be regulated by one of our employee. It is recommended to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meter between customers;
3. Entrance to the Museum will only be allowed to people with a mask;
4. Entry requires hands sanitization and body temperature measurement by one of our operators. If the temperature exceeds or is equal to 37.5 ° access will be denied.
How the visit takes place
1 At the entrance of each floor, hand sanitizers and sanitizing carpets for shoes are available to visitors;
2 The museum itinerary has undergone a variation. The route is now mandatory one-way: from the first floor to go up from the display of the wooden sculpture towards the rooms of Tiepolo;
3 The maximum number of people per floor is 25 (guide included). Larger groups must be compulsorily divided upon entry;
4 A maximum of 4 people per room are allowed in the rooms on the first floor (wooden sculpture exhibition);
5 For your safety, audio guides, touch screens and other aids with contacts cannot be used now.
